If you would like to book a consultation prior to joining a group class or discuss individual or small group sessions - please get in touch. 1:1 sessions are especially useful for people returning to exercise after injury and to build confidence. They also allow insight to exercises and movements. These can be setup on-line, from your home or as an introduction at the Malt barn studio in St Andrews.
